-Dealing with the rapid advance of AI as it replaces much of what recruiters traditionally have done

-Enhancing the human skills that AI cannot replace. These include judgment, creativity, influence, and communication.
If you could give one piece of advice to the industry, what would it be?
-AI is coming for your job. Rather than resist or be afraid, develop skills that are long-lasting and cannot be replicated by AI.
