The use of recruitechcee.com website and its general terms and conditions
By using the Website and placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the following:
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Internet website available under the name recruitechcee.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is operated and maintained by Dare to Change Ltd. (registered office, postal address: H-1039 Budapest, Kalászi u. 20., company registration number: 01-09-206488, tax number: 25290538-2-41, e-mail address: office@dtcsolution.org, telephone number: +36.532.5445).
The Website has been created to allow our customers to register online for the recruiTECH CEE Conference (hereinafter referred to as the "Conference") organised by Dare to Change Ltd. These Terms and Conditions of Sale cover the Conference tickets sold through the Website and other information made available on the Website. The relevant information about the Conference are set out on the Website.
Products ordered through the Website and the rules and conditions relating to them are governed by the rules of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (26.II.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. The operation of the Website is subject to the provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services and information society services (hereinafter: Ektv.) and Act XLVIII of 2008 on the basic conditions and certain restrictions of economic advertising (Grtv.). In matters not regulated in these GTC or in the individual agreements between the Parties, the above legislation and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code (Ptk.) shall prevail.
Dare to Change Ltd. is not subject to a code of conduct under the Act on the Prohibition of Unfair Commercial Practices against Consumers and Dare to Change Ltd does not subscribe to any code of conduct.
Dare to Change Ltd. shall not be liable for any performance errors resulting from the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by the Customer.
We accept no liability for any damage resulting from misinterpretation of the descriptions. Dare to Change Ltd. takes the utmost care in the information provided on this website; however, changes or mistakes may still occur. We accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the database.
The Customer acknowledges that the short name of the company providing the costs may be used by Dare to Change Ltd. for promotional purposes, e.g. it may be included in the list of public participants of the Conference or published on social media sites and on its own interfaces.
Dare to Change Ltd. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of purchase and will post the modified terms and conditions on the Website 15 days prior to their effective date.
By using the Website and placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the following:
ELECTRONIC CONTRACT
The contract does not constitute a written agreement, and Dare to Change Ltd. does not archive them; therefore they are not accessible or viewable retrospectively. The language of the contract is English. In case of orders exceeding 500 EURO.
ORDER PROCESS
Ordering
The contents of the Website are available without registration, but the purchase of a Conference ticket is possible only after providing the necessary data (Ticket purchase): full name, email address, mobile number, company name, registered office, tax number.
Select the type and number of tickets you want to order.
The Order is sent by accepting the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions (by ticking the checkbox). The Customer also has the option to subscribe to the recruiTECH CEE Conference newsletter on this interface by ticking the checkbox.
After the Order is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address promtly, but within a maximum of 48 hours. The confirmation email contains the proforma invoice as an attachment. The confirmation email includes the billing information provided by the Customer during the purchase, a list of the ordered tickets, their quantity, and the total amount to be paid. (If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us at finance@dtcsolution.org.) The contract is concluded with the confirmation for a limited period, until the date of the Conference. It will not be converted into an indefinite period.
In addition to the Order Confirmation, a fee request will be sent from www.szamlazz.hu.
If the Customer has already sent his/her order to Dare to Change Ltd. and notices an error in the information provided in the confirmation e-mail, he/she must report it within 8 days to finance@dtcsolution.org. If you have mistakenly ordered something different from what you wanted and you notice this afterwards, please report it within 8 days to finance@dtcsolution.org. However, please note that ticket prices for discounted periods (e.g. early bird) are only valid until the payment deadline (see payment methods).
If your company's internal policies do not allow you to purchase your tickets through our Website, please contact us.
TICKET PURCHASE
Several types of tickets are available for Conference participants. Please check the ticket prices and descriptions on the TICKETS page. We distinguish between Service Provider and Corporate tickets. Service Provider tickets are provided for companies whose profile is HR services, product sales. But we also include representatives of all companies that offer and sell their products and services to the target group attending recruiTECH CEE (e.g. CRM/ATS distribution companies, training companies, recruitment agencies, consultancies, marketing agencies, accommodation services companies, health care providers, etc.). We can provide up to 5 tickets for service providers companies.
If you have purchased a Corporate ticket instead of a Service Provider ticket, Dare to change Ltd. reserves the right to review the ticket selection until 5 days before the conference (if the ticket purchase occurred earlier) and send out a revised proforma invoice. Participation in the conference will only be possible after payment of the revised proforma invoice.
Both types of tickets are available at a discounted price: super early bird, early bird and lazy bird periods, until the given deadline.
The periods are indicated on the TICKETS page.
There is only one way to participate: by purchasing a ticket to attend the conference in person at the conference venue.
In addition to individual tickets, group tickets are available. If you buy more than 3 tickets, the discount is automatically applied!
PAYMENT METHODS
Once the Order has been received, our system will send an automatic confirmation email and a separate email (from www.szamlazz.hu) will be sent to you with the proforma invoice.
The following payment methods apply to orders placed on the Website:
Bank transfer
After receiving the Order, we will send a confirmation email containing the proforma invoice, which includes the necessary payment details and payment deadline.
Payment by credit card
By clicking on the link in the email from the szamlazz.hu system, you can pay the fee with a credit card through the simple pay system in your customer account. The proforma invoice contains the necessary payment details and payment deadline.
If the Order is not settled in time, Dare to Change Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the participation of the Customer. The Customer further acknowledges that they are only entitled to Early Bird / Lazy Bird and other discounted ticket prices up to the due date for payment. Thereafter, he/she shall pay the full ticket price.
INVOICE
The proforma invoice will be issued to the billing details provided during the Order, and it will be sent to the Customer via email. Upon request, the proforma invoice can also be sent to the Customer by regular mail.
Tickets purchased for the recruiTECH CEE event on May 22-23, 2025:
Based on the proforma invoice, the participation fee paid and received by midnight on May 21, 2025, will be considered as an advance payment. Dare to Change Ltd. will issue an advance invoice for this amount. The paid amount (advance) represents 100 percent of the total consideration. The performance date on the advance invoice is the date of receipt or credit of the advance amount to the bank account of Dare to Change Ltd. (Section 59 of the VAT Act). The advance invoice will also indicate the future performance date of the conference. A final invoice with a zero amount will not be issued. (In accordance with the guidance published in Government Decree 2013/5 in connection with the National Tax and Customs Administration Customer Service and Information Department, ref. no. 3527733617)
The participation fee paid and received from May 22, 2024, based on the proforma Invoice, does not qualify as an advance payment, therefore an invoice will be issued for this amount; the paid amount represents the total consideration.
The invoice will separately itemize the mediated catering services in accordance with the applicable tax laws.
WITHDRAWAL AND ITS CONSEQUENCES
The detailed rules, conditions, and regulations regarding products ordered through the Website, as well as related rules, are governed by Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. The consumer is entitled to the general provisions of withdrawal and other rights stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions, as well as warranty rights detailed in these General Terms and Conditions in case of faulty performance.
The Customer acknowledges that participation in the conference can only be cancelled free of charge within 14 days following the order, taking into account the following:
If the Customer cancels participation at least 20 days before the conference, Dare to Change Ltd. will refund 50% of the participation fee corresponding to the order.
If the Customer cancels participation or fails to attend within 19 days prior to the conference date, the full participation fee must be paid.
If the Customer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he/she must send a clear statement of his/her intention to withdraw (by post or by electronic mail) to one of our contact details above. The Customer shall exercise his/her right of withdrawal within the time limit if he/she sends his/hre notice of withdrawal before the expiry of the time limit indicated above.
In the case of lawful withdrawal as described above, Dare to Change Ltd. will promptly, but no later than fourteen days from the date of receiving notification of withdrawal, refund the corresponding portion of the amount paid by the Customer.
SPONSORSHIP
Our partners (hereafter: Sponsor) have the possibility to provide financial support to the Conference as follows.
If the Sponsor enters into an individual sponsorship agreement with Dare to Change Ltd., their legal relationship shall be governed by the provisions of these GTC, unless otherwise agreed, except for the provisions of the applicable legal regulations and other clauses and deviations set forth in the individual agreement.
If you would like to sponsor the Conference, please contact us at office@dtcsolution.org. After contacting us, an individual order or sponsorship contract (hereinafter referred to as "Contract") will be sent to the sponsoring party. Under the terms of the Contract, Dare to Change Ltd. undertakes to provide the Sponsor with an opportunity for exposure, i.e. advertising, at the Conference, the value of which, i.e. the sponsorship fee, will be paid by the Sponsor to Dare to Change Ltd. upon signing the Contract.
If the Conference is cancelled due to the fault of Dare to Change Ltd, the Sponsor will not be liable to pay any fees and the Sponsorship Fee already paid will be refunded.
In the event of a cancellation of the Conference due to an event constituting force majeure (act of terrorism, war, revolution, natural disaster, epidemic, etc.), the contracting parties may terminate the relevant part of this contract by mutual agreement and shall have no claim against each other. In accordance with current health regulations, Dare to Change Ltd. may decide to hold the Conference in online format, which the Sponsor is obliged to accept.
Dare to Change Ltd. reserves the right to change the date and venue of the Conference without affecting the Sponsorship Fee, which will be notified to the Sponsor as soon as possible.
Any statements, requests, demands, notifications made by one Party to the other Party in the course of the performance of the Contract shall be valid only in writing or by return (confirmed) e-mail. Postal notices shall be sent to the respective business name and registered office address of the other Party. Notices sent by registered letter with advice of delivery to the above name and address shall be deemed to have been served on the third working day after the attempted service if the advice of delivery states that service was unsuccessful because the addressee is unknown, has moved to an unknown location, has not received the document or has refused to receive it.
The Contract shall be valid only if duly signed by both Parties and may be amended or supplemented only by a unanimous declaration of the Parties' will in writing, after approval by both Parties.
Dare to Change Ltd. may, at its discretion, enter into an agreement with another entity similar or substantially similar activity to the Sponsor during the term of the Agreement.
If the Sponsor withdraws from the Contract and delivers the withdrawal notice to Dare to Change Ltd. by registered post with recorded delivery by the 90th day prior to the date of the Conference, the Sponsor shall pay 50% of the total Sponsorship Fee; if the Sponsor delivers the notice by the 30th day prior to the date of the Conference, the Sponsor shall pay 75% of the total Sponsorship Fee; thereafter, the Sponsor shall pay a penalty of 100% of the Sponsorship Fee. In the event that a Sponsor withdraws from sponsoring all other Events to be held during the term of this Agreement following a particular Conference, it shall be liable to pay a penalty equal to 50% of the Sponsorship Fee for such Conferences.
If the Sponsor fails to fully meet its obligations under the Contract, the total Sponsorship Fee will be increased by 10%, which will be reflected on the final invoice issued after the Conference.
COMPLAINT HANDLING
If the Customer has any objection or complaint regarding the Website, the contract concluded or its performance, he/she may communicate his/her complaint to Dare to Change Ltd. at the contact details specified above, by post or electronically.
Dare to Change Ltd. is obliged to investigate and respond to the written complaint within thirty days of receipt and to ensure that the response reaches the data subject.
If a consumer dispute between Dare to Change Ltd. and the Customer, who is a consumer, is not resolved through negotiation, the Customer has the following enforcement options:
The customer is entitled to initiate proceedings before the conciliation body competent for his/her place of residence or domicile.

Dare to Change Ltd. has a duty to cooperate in the conciliation procedure.
The Customer is entitled to apply to the consumer protection authority.

PICTURE, AUDIO and VIDEO RECORDING
Photos, audio and video recordings will be taken at the Conference. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer expressly declares that it consents to the creation and use, in particular the publication, of the image, sound, video recordings in accordance with the Civil Code.
The making and publication of audio or video recordings of the Conference is prohibited without the prior written consent of Dare to Change Ltd.
Audio or video recordings made on the order of Dare to Change Ltd. are protected by copyright and may be used and saved for personal use only. Any use, copying or making available to others in any form beyond personal use is only possible with the express prior written permission of Dare to Change Ltd. Unauthorised use will result in criminal and civil penalties.
