The use of recruitechcee.com website and its general terms and conditions
By using the Website and placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the following:
The contract does not constitute a written agreement, and Dare to Change Ltd. does not archive them, therefore they are not accessible or viewable retrospectively. The language of the contract is English. In case of orders exceeding 500 EURO.
The contents of the Website are accessible without registration, but purchasing a conference ticket is only possible after providing the necessary information (Ticket Purchase): full name, email address, phone number, company name, registered office, tax number.
Selection of the desired type and quantity of tickets to be ordered.
After the Order is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address promtly, but within a maximum of 48 hours. The confirmation email contains the proforma invoice as an attachment. The confirmation email includes the billing information provided by the Customer during the purchase, a list of the ordered tickets, their quantity, and the total amount to be paid. (If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com.) The language of the confirmation is English.
If the Customer has already submitted their order to Dare to Change Ltd. and notices an error in the information provided in the confirmation email, it must be reported to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org within 8 days. If the Customer realises they have ordered something different from what they intended by mistake, please notify us at the email address email@example.com within 8 days. However, please note that Early bird, Lazy bird, discount and combined ticket prices are valid only until the specified payment deadline (see payment methods).
If your company's internal regulations do not allow you to purchase tickets through our website, please contact us.
We offer two types of tickets for conference participants. Please review the ticket descriptions on the TICKETS page. We differentiate between service providers and corporate tickets. Service provider tickets are provided to companies whose profile involves HR services or product sales. This category also includes representatives of any companies offering and selling their products and services to the target audience of the recruiTECH CEE conference (e.g., CRM distributors, training companies, staffing agencies, consulting firms, marketing agencies).
If you have purchased a corporate ticket instead of a service provider ticket, Dare to change Ltd. reserves the right to review the ticket selection until 5 days before the conference (if the ticket purchase occurred earlier) and send out a revised proforma invoice. Participation in the conference will only be possible after payment of the revised proforma invoice.
Both types of tickets are available at a discounted price during the specified Early Bird and Lazy Bird periods.
With an ON-SITE ticket, you can personally attend the event, where we also provide catering.
In addition to individual tickets, group tickets are available. For purchases of 3 tickets or more, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After the Order is received, our system sends an automatic confirmation email, and a separate email (from the szamlazz.hu system) with the proforma invoice will be sent.

After receiving the Order, we will send a confirmation email containing the proforma invoice, which includes the necessary payment details and payment deadline.
Credit Card Payment
By clicking on the link in the email from the szamlazz.hu system, you can pay the fee with a credit card through the simple pay system in your customer account. The proforma invoice contains the necessary payment details and payment deadline.
If the payment for the Order is not made on time, Dare to Change Ltd. reserves the right to deny participation in the event. The Customer also acknowledges that they are only entitled to the Early Bird / Lazy Bird discounted ticket price until the payment deadline. After this, they are obligated to pay the full ticket price.
The proforma invoice will be issued to the billing details provided during the Order, and it will be sent to the Customer via email. Upon request, the proforma invoice can also be sent to the Customer by regular mail.
Tickets purchased for the recruiTECH CEE event on May 22-23, 2024:
Based on the proforma invoice, the participation fee paid and received by midnight on May 21, 2024, will be considered as an advance payment. Dare to Change Ltd. will issue an advance invoice for this amount. The paid amount (advance) represents 100 percent of the total consideration. The performance date on the advance invoice is the date of receipt or credit of the advance amount to the bank account of Dare to Change Ltd. (Section 59 of the VAT Act). The advance invoice will also indicate the future performance date of the conference. A final invoice with a zero amount will not be issued. (In accordance with the guidance published in Government Decree 2013/5 in connection with the National Tax and Customs Administration Customer Service and Information Department, ref. no. 3527733617)
The participation fee paid and received from May 22, 2024, based on the proforma Invoice, does not qualify as an advance payment, therefore an invoice will be issued for this amount; the paid amount represents the total consideration.
The invoice will separately itemize the mediated catering services in accordance with the applicable tax laws.
WITHDRAWAL AND ITS CONSEQUENCES
The detailed rules, conditions, and regulations regarding products ordered through the Website, as well as related rules, are governed by Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. The consumer is entitled to the general provisions of withdrawal and other rights stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions, as well as warranty rights detailed in these General Terms and Conditions in case of faulty performance.
The Customer acknowledges that participation in the conference can only be cancelled free of charge within 14 days following the order, taking into account the following:
If the Customer cancels participation at least 20 days before the conference, Dare to Change Ltd. will refund 50% of the participation fee corresponding to the order.
If the Customer cancels participation or fails to attend within 19 days prior to the conference date, the full participation fee must be paid.
In the case of lawful withdrawal as described above, Dare to Change Ltd. will promptly, but no later than fourteen days from the date of receiving notification of withdrawal, refund the corresponding portion of the amount paid by the Customer.
The internet website available under the name recruitechcee.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is operated and maintained by Dare to Change Ltd. (Hungary, 1039 Budapest, Kalászi u. 20.).
The Website was created with the purpose of allowing our customers to register for the recruiTECH CEE Conference online.
These purchasing terms apply to conference tickets sold through the Website, as well as to the information made available on the Website. The detailed rules, conditions, and regulations regarding products ordered through the Website, as well as related rules, are governed by Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.
The operation of the Website is subject to the regulations of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services (hereinafter referred to as Ektv.).
Dare to Change Ltd. is not responsible for performance errors arising from inaccuracies or incorrectness in the data provided by the Customer.
We do not assume responsibility for damages resulting from misinterpretation of the descriptive information. Dare to Change Ltd. handles the information on the Website with the utmost care, but changes or errors may still occur. We do not accept responsibility for any potential errors or inaccuracies in the database.
The Customer acknowledges that the abbreviated name of the cost-bearing company may be used by Dare to Change Ltd. for promotional purposes, such as being listed in the public participant list of the conference, and may also be published on social media platforms and its own channels.
Dare to Change Ltd. reserves the right to modify the purchasing terms and will publish the modified terms on the Website 15 days before they take effect.
